摘要
目的:探讨视频教育联合信念干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)住院患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年3月-2016年2月本院老年病房收治的COPD患者84例,按照入组先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用视频教育联合信念干预。比较两组患者出院前1 d和出院12周后的相关指标。结果:出院前1 d,观察组的COPD基本知识、呼吸功能锻炼方式、运动方式、营养配比、适宜食物种类、6MWT测试方法、负面情绪控制方式掌握率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院12周后,观察组患者的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEP、6MWT及Barthel评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视频教育联合信念干预在老年COPD住院患者中应用,可有效提升老年COPD住院患者健康知识掌握率,提升院后肺功能状况及日常活动功能。
Objective:To explore the application effect of video education combined with belief intervention in elderly inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:Eighty-four COPD patients admitted to the geriatric ward of our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of enrollment,with 42 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,and video education combined with belief intervention was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group.Relevant indicators of the two groups were compared 1 d before discharge and 12 weeks after discharge.Result:1 day before discharge,the basic knowledge of COPD,respiratory function exercise mode,exercise mode,nutrition ratio,suitable food type,6 MWT test method,and negative emotion control method of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);12 weeks after discharge,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,MMEF,PEP,6 MWT and Barthel socre in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video education combined with belief intervention in chronic disease inpatients,can effectively improve the elderly inpatients with COPD health knowledge grasp rate,improve the status of hospital lung function and daily activity function.
