摘要
目的:研究与观察新型头皮夹对颅脑手术患者手术时间、出血量及创面愈合情况的影响。方法:选取2018年1-12月收治的80例颅脑手术患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组手术方式相同,在此基础上,对照组应用常规头皮夹,观察组应用新型头皮夹。比较两组的手术时间、出血量、止血时间及创面愈合效果、切口外观评分、手术前后的局部微循环指标。结果:观察组的手术时间及止血时间均短于对照组,出血量小于对照组,创面愈合效果及切口外观评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组的局部微循环指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组不同时间点的局部微循环指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型头皮夹对颅脑手术患者手术时间、出血量及愈合情况的影响相对较好,在颅脑手术患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To study and observe the influence of new scalp clip for the operative time,bleeding volume and healing situation of patients with craniocerebral surgery.Method:80 patients with craniocerebral surgery from January 2018 to December 2018 were chosen for the study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to method of random number scale,40 cases in each group.The operation methods of the two groups were the same,on this basis,the control group used conventional scalp clip,and the observation group used new scalp clip.The operative time,bleeding volume,hemostatic time,healing effect,incision appearance score,local microcirculation indexes before and after the surgery of two groups were compared.Result:The operative time and hemostatic time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the bleeding volume was less than that of control group,the healing effect and incision appearance score were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before the surgery,the local microcirculation indexes of two groups were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05),at different time after the surgery,the local microcirculation indexes of observation group were all better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of new scalp clip for the operative time,bleeding volume and healing situation of patients with craniocerebral surgery are relatively better,and its application value in the patients with craniocerebral surgery is higher.
