优质护理在促进盆底肌康复训练效果中的作用

The Effect of High Quality Nursing in Promoting Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training

目的:探讨优质护理在促进盆底肌康复训练效果中的作用。方法:随机选取2017年1-6月在本院妇产科分娩的80例患者为对照组,在本院将优质护理全面应用于产科后选取2017年7-12月妇产科分娩患者80例为观察组。对照组入院后行妇产科常规护理,观察组则给予优质护理。比较两组患者产后3个月盆底肌张力恢复情况、患者盆底障碍性疾病复发率及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者产后3个月的盆底肌张力恢复效果明显优于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者产后盆底障碍性疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.50%高于对照组的86.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理用于妇产科分娩的盆底肌康复训练,不仅能促进患者盆底肌张力恢复,降低患者盆底障碍性疾病复发率,还能提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the quality of nursing role in promoting effect of rehabilitation training in pelvic floor muscles.Method:80 obstetrics childbirth patients as control group in our hospital were randomly selected from January to June 2017,80 obstetrics childbirth patients from July to December 2017 who were given the nursing quality comprehensively applied in obstetrics were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing of gynecology and obstetrics,the observation group was given high quality nursing care.The three months postpartum pelvic floor muscle tension recovery,disease recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The patients in the observation group pelvic floor muscle tension three months postpartum recovery effect was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.50%higher than the control group of 86.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of nursing care for pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in obstetrics and gynecology delivery,not only can promote the recovery of patients with pelvic floor muscle tension,reduce the recurrence rate of pelvic floor disorders in patients with the disease,can improve nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
