摘要 冠心病为多基因遗传病,近年来越来越多的临床研究证明炎症反应引起的血管内皮损伤,在冠心病的发生、发展中有着重要作用。临床学者普遍认为除炎性因子外,免疫因子在疾病的发生中亦有重要作用;同时随着生物医学、检验技术的不断发展进步,组织蛋白酶K(Cat-K)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)以及和肽素(CPP)等新的生物指标,亦被证实在冠心病的危险程度评估、预后预测中有着重要指导意义。现就Cat-K、LP-PLA2、IMA以及CPP等各生物指标与冠心病的发生、发展关系研究进展做一综述。 Coronary heart disease is polygenic disease and in recent years,more and more clinical studies have shown that vascular endothelial injury caused by inflammatory reaction plays an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.The author through a large number of summary,access to existing literature found that clinical scholars generally believe that in addition to inflammatory factors,the immune system also has an important participation;at the same time,we found that with the progress of biomedicine and testing technology,the expression of Cat-K,LP-PLA2,IMA and copeptin(CPP)And other new biological indicators have also been confirmed in the assessment of the risk of coronary heart disease,prognosis has an important guiding significance.The research progress of the relationship between the development of biological indicators such as Cat-K,LP-PLA2,IMA and CPP and coronary heart disease is reviewed.
