依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Enalapril Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Acute Glomerulonephritis in Children

目的研究探讨依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床效果分析。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月医院收治的46例急性肾小球肾炎患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,各23例,对照组给予氢氯噻嗪治疗,研究组给予依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。对比观察两组患者临床治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、肾功能指标和不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率95.66%高于对照组(χ^2=4.212,P<0.05),研究组患者的肾小球滤过率(61.84±8.79)mL/min、Scr(71.58±8.07)μmol/L、24h-UAER(60.34±24.82)μg/min均显著低于对照组(t=4.054,6.341,2.733,P<0.05);研究组患者的浮肿消失时间(3.63±0.42)d、肉眼血尿消失时间(4.47±0.72)d、血压恢复正常时间(3.52±0.61)d、蛋白尿恢复正常时间(4.83±1.51)d显著低于对照组(t=2.527,2.693,2.349,4.069,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率8.68%显著低于对照组(χ^2=4.600,P<0.05)。结论那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗急性肾小球肾炎患儿效果显著,可有效缓解相关临床症状,改善肾功能指标,安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis in children.Methods Forty-six children with acute glomerulonephritis admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,23 cases each.The control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide.The study group was given enalapril combined with hydrochlorothiazide treatment.The clinical treatment effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,renal function index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.66% higher than that in the control group (χ^2=4.212,P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate (61.84±8.79) mL/min and Scr (71.58±8.07)μmol/L,24 h-UAER (60.34±24.82)μg/min in the study group,were significantly lower than the control group (t=4.054,6.341,2.733,P<0.05);the edema disappeared time (3.63±0.42) d in the study group,the gross hematuria disappeared time (4.47±0.72) d,normal blood pressure recovery time (3.52±0.61) d,normal time of proteinuria recovery (4.83±1.51) d was significantly lower than the control group (t=2.527,2.693,2.349,4.069,P<0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.68% significantly lower than that in the control group (χ^2=4.600,P<0.05).Conclusion Napril combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of children with acute glomerulonephritis is effective,can effectively alleviate the relevant clinical symptoms,improve renal function indicators,safe and effective,and worth promoting.
