降钙素原在感染性疾病诊断和监测中的应用

Application of Procalcitonin in the Diagnosis and Monitoring of Infectious Diseases

目的探讨感染性疾病临床诊断与监测中降钙素原(PCT)的应用价值。方法选择该院于2018年7月—2019年2月期间收治的90例急性感染性疾病患者作为该次研究的观察对象,以患者感染程度为参考划分为对照组(45例患者)与研究组(45例患者),两组患者治疗前后分别接受血清PCT检测,并对比分析两组患者的血清PCT与C-反应蛋白(CRP)的阳性率。结果治疗前,研究组患者的血清PCT为(6.06±1.42)ng/mL,与对照组患者的(5.98±1.45)ng/mL进行比较,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.2644,P>0.05);治疗3d、5d后,研究组患者的血清PCT分别为(3.15±0.92)ng/mL、(0.26±0.25)ng/mL,与对照组患者的(4.58±1.30)ng/mL、(2.37±0.60)ng/mL进行对比,数据组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.0233,21.7759,P<0.05);研究组患者的血清PCT阳性率为80.00%,CRP阳性率为42.22%,对照组患者的血清PCT阳性率为95.56%,CRP阳性率为66.67%,对应组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.0748,5.4206,P<0.05)。结论在急性感染性疾病临床诊断与监测中,血清降钙素原具有较好的应用价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application value of procalcitonin (PCT) in the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of infectious diseases.Methods Ninety patients with acute infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects in this study.The patients were divided into control group (45 patients) and study group (45 patients) according to the degree of infection,the two groups received serum PCT before and after treatment,and the positive rate of serum PCT and C-reactive protein (CRP) were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the serum PCT of the study group was (6.06±1.42)ng/mL,compared with the control group (5.98±1.45) ng/mL.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups (t=0.264 4,P>0.05);after treatment for 3 days,5 days,the serum PCT of the study group was (3.15±0.92)ng/mL,(0.26±0.25) ng/mL,and the control group (4.58±1.30) ng/mL,(2.37±0.60) ng/mL for comparison,the differences between the data groups were statistically significant (t=6.023 3,21.775 9,P<0.05).The serum PCT positive rate of the study group was 80.00%,and the CRP positive rate was 42.22%,the serum PCT positive rate of the control group was 95.56%,and the CRP positive rate was 66.67%.There was a significant difference between the corresponding data groups,that is,the statistical significance was established (χ^2=5.074 8,5.420 6,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of acute infectious diseases,serum procalcitonin has a good application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
