急性心肌梗死危重症患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗的预后观察

Prognostic Observation of Adjuvant Treatment of Intra-aortic Balloon Counterpulsation in Critically Ill Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究分析急性心肌梗死危重患者实施主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗方式的预后效果。方法选取该院在2015年5月—2018年5月期间所收治的共计58例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,所有的患者按照电脑分号方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组人数共计29例,实施常规对症治疗方式;观察组人数共计29例,实施主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗方式,对比两组患者在治疗完成后的整体效果及患者的预后指标等。结果观察组患者在整体治疗完成后治疗效果达到了86.21%,相比于对照组(65.52%)来说差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.854,P<0.05);同时治疗评估时间[(9.31±4.33)min;(5.14±2.34)min]方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.913,P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死危重患者实施主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗方式能达到较高的效果,未来可在临床上进行推广和普及。

Objective To investigate the prognostic effect of adjuvant treatment of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in critically ill patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 58 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were enrolled.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to computer semicolon.A total of 29 patients were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment.A total of 29 patients in the observation group were enrolled in the treatment of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation.The overall effect of the two groups after treatment and the prognosis of the patients were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was 86.21% after the completion of the overall treatment,compared with the control group (65.52%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.854,P<0.05);and the treatment evaluation time [(9.31±4.33)min vs (5.14±2.34)min] were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.913,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with critical myocardial infarction,the treatment of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation can achieve better results,and it can be promoted and popularized in the future.
