摘要
目的在临床上,研究并探讨采用二维斑点追踪成像技术评价冠心病患者的冠状动脉狭窄对患者左心室功能的影响。方法选取该院冠心病患者360例,选取时间为2017年1月—2018年12月,依照患者的冠状动脉病变血管的诊断标准以及冠状动脉造影结果分成对照组(冠状动脉无狭窄现象)、轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组和重度狭窄组,各90例,四组患者均采取常规超声检查和二维斑点追踪成像技术,记录并对比4组患者的左心室心肌整体应变参数。结果重度狭窄组的LS(-15.21±4.34)%、RS(18.21±9.34)%、CS(-17.23±5.14)%明显低于对照组(t=9.35,3.24,8.51,P<0.05),同时也明显低于轻度狭窄组(t=9.94,2.53,8.97,P<0.05),中度狭窄组LS(-18.24±5.19)%明显低于轻度狭窄组(t=5.27,P<0.05)。结论采用二维斑点追踪成像技术,可通过测量左心室的心肌应变值,从而有效评价不同程度的冠状动脉狭窄患者的左心室功能,为冠心病患者的早期诊断提供更为准确的判断信息。
Objective To evaluate the effect of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease on left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease by clinical two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Methods A total of 360 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital.The time from January 2017 to December 2018 was divided into the control group (coronary artery without stenosis) according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary artery disease and coronary angiography.In the mild stenosis group,the moderate stenosis group and the severe stenosis group,90 cases each.Four groups of patients underwent routine ultrasonography and two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging to record and compare the left ventricular myocardial strain parameters of the four groups.Results LS (-15.21±4.34)%,RS (18.21±9.34)%,and CS (-17.23±5.14)% in the severe stenosis group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=9.35,3.24,8.51,P<0.05),less than the mild stenosis group (t=9.94,2.53,8.97,P<0.05),the LS (-18.24±5.19)% in the moderate stenosis group was significantly lower than the mild stenosis group (t=5.27,P<0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology can be used to measure the left ventricular myocardial strain in the left ventricle,so as to effectively evaluate the left ventricular function of patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis,and provide more accurate judgment information for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients.
