轻度胃肠炎伴良性惊厥患儿心肌酶谱的变化分析

Analysis of Changes of Myocardial Enzymes in Children with Mild Gastroenteritis and Benign Convulsion

目的探讨轻度胃肠炎伴良性惊厥患儿的心肌酶谱检测的临床意义。方法选取该院2012年4月—2016年10月收治的轻度肠胃炎伴良性惊厥患儿共80例为观察组,并选取同期身体检查的健康同龄婴幼儿80名为对照组,对比分析两组儿童粪便标本病原学检测和心肌酶谱(CK、AST、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH)变化情况。结果观察组CK(853.4±125.6)U/L、AST(87.4±28.3)U/L、CK-MB(78.3±12.6)U/L、LDH(456.3±87.3)U/L和HBDH(435.3±121.2)U/L显著高于对照组(t=11.632,8.423,9.642,10.348,8.529,P<0.05),观察组心电图异常率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(5.00%)(χ^2=42.714,P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱可作为轻度胃肠炎伴良性惊厥患儿病情检测的一项重要指标,临床诊治婴幼儿轻度肠胃炎伴良性惊厥时,要充分参考心肌酶谱,为临床诊治提供参考信息。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of myocardial zymography in children with mild gastroenteritis and benign convulsions.Methods A total of 80 children with mild gastroenteritis and benign convulsions admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to October 2016 were enrolled in the observation group.80 healthy infants of the same age who were selected for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The pathogens and myocardial enzymes(CK,AST,CK-MB,LDH,HBDH) of the fecal specimens of the two groups were changed.Results CK (853.4±125.6)U/L,AST (87.4±28.3)U/L,CK-MB (78.3±12.6)U/L,LDH (456.3±87.3)U/L and HBDH (435.3±121.2)U/L was significantly higher than the control group (t=8.423,11.632,9.642,10.348,8.529,P<0.05).The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram (90.00%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(5.00%)(χ^2=42.714,P<0.05).Conclusion Myocardial zymogram can be used as an important index for the detection of mild gastroenteritis with benign convulsions.When clinical diagnosis and treatment of infantile mild gastroenteritis with benign convulsions,full reference to myocardial enzymes should provide reference infromation for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
