数字化影像技术在口腔正畸患者病情沟通中的应用效果分析

目的分析数字化影像技术应用在口腔正畸患者病情沟通中的成效,为今后口腔科医疗质量的提升提供帮助。方法选出100例在该院接受口腔正畸的患者(收治时间:2017年3月—2018年8月),采取单双号随机分组法分成2组,对照组(单号)50例,观察组(双号)50例。对照组采取的干预方案是“传统病情沟通法”,观察组采取的干预方案是“传统病情沟通法”与“数字化影像技术”结合。对比患者和医护人员对病情沟通的评价结果(用分数表示)、患者对自身病情和手术方案的了解程度(用百分比表示)。结果观察组中患者的评分(86.34±2.10)分、医护人员的评分(89.65±2.15)分都比对照组患者的评分(71.26±3.38)分、医护人员的评分(74.53±3.21)分要高(t=26.80、27.67,P=0.00),观察组患者对自身病情(非常了解21例、较好了解13例、一般了解8例、较差了解8例、不了解0例)、手术方案(非常了解18例、较好了解12例、一般了解10例、较差了解9例、不了解1例)了解更深(P<0.05)。结论在口腔正畸护患沟通中应用数字化影像技术可以更好的和患者沟通病情,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of digital imaging technology in the communication of orthodontic patients,and to help improve the quality of dental care in the future.Methods One hundred patients who underwent orthodontics in our hospital form March 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by single and double random group method and 50 cases of control group (single number).50 cases of observation group (double number).The intervention plan adopted by the control group was the “traditional disease communication method”,and the intervention program adopted by the observation group was combined with the “traditional disease communication method” and “digital imaging technology”.Compare the patient's and medical staff's evaluation of the condition's communication (in terms of scores),the patient's understanding of his condition and the surgical plan (expressed as a percentage).Results The scores of the patients in the observation group (86.34±2.10)points and the scores of the medical staff (89.65±2.15)points were higher than those of the control group (71.26±3.38)points and the scores of the medical staff (74.53±3.21)points (t=26.80,27.67,P=0.00),the observation group patients on their own condition (very well understood 21 cases,better understand 13 cases,generally understand 8 cases,poor understanding of 8 cases,do not understand 0 cases),surgical plan (good understanding of 18 cases,a good understanding of 12 cases,a general understanding of 10 cases,a poor understanding of 9 cases,and no understanding of 1 case)to understand deeper (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital imaging technology in the communication of orthodontic nurses can better communicate with patients and improve the treatment effect.
