急性脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease Complicated with Brain-heart Syndrome

目的对西医综合方案治疗与舒血宁联合生脉注射液在急性脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征临床当中的治疗效果进行探究。方法选取该院2015年12月—2018年12月收治脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征52例,分为对照组和观察组,均为26例,对照组采用常规的西医综合方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上,辅以舒血宁联合生脉注射液进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果在该次研究当中,观察组患者在采用西医综合方案与舒血宁联合生脉注射液的治疗方案之后,患者的总有效率达到了92.31%,对照组仅为69.23%(χ^2=8.3142,P<0.05),在心肌酶改善当中,两组患者的LDH、cTn1以及CK-MB的各项指标均出现了显著的下降,观察组的下降水平要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在当前临床治疗当中,急性脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征患者在进行治疗的过程中,通过采用西医综合方案治疗与舒血宁联合生脉注射液的治疗方案,能够显著的改善患者的治疗效果,实现患者冠状动脉血流量的增加,更好的降低患者的心肌耗氧量,临床推广价值较高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment of western medicine and Shuxuening combined with Shengmai injection in the clinical treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with brain-heart syndrome.Methods A total of 52 patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated with brain-heart syndrome were enrolled in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018.They were divided into control group and observation group,all of which were in 26 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine comprehensive treatment.The observation group was treated with Shuxuening combined with Shengmai injection on the basis of the control group,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results In this study,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.31% after the combination of Western medicine and Shuxuening combined with Shengmai injection.The control group was only 69.23%(χ^2=8.314 2,P<0.05),in the improvement of myocardial enzymes,the LDH,cTn1 and CK-MB indexes of the two groups showed significant decline,the decline level of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the current clinical treatment,patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with brain-heart syndrome can significantly improve the treatment of patients by adopting the comprehensive treatment of Western medicine and the treatment of Shuxuening combined with Shengmai injection,to increase the coronary blood flow of the patient,and to better reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption of the patient,and the clinical promotion value is higher.
