经皮硝黄贴片超声导入佐治急性胰腺炎患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ultrasound-induced Percutaneous Sodium Nitrate Patch in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

[目的]观察经皮硝黄贴片超声导入佐治急性胰腺炎的疗效。[方法]将90例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为3组,每组各30例。A组给予常规西医治疗,B组在A组的基础上给予经皮芒硝贴片超声导入治疗,C组在A组的基础上给予经皮硝黄贴片超声导入治疗,3组7d为1疗程。1疗程结束后观察3组患者治疗后的疗效及3组患者腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间及治疗前后3组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、血淀粉酶、急性生理与慢性健康(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation,APACHE)评分的变化,同时观察3组的住院时间。[结果]3组的疗效相近,无明显差异(P>0.05);C组腹痛及腹胀的缓解时间、首次排便时间明显短于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组超敏C反应蛋白、血淀粉酶及APACHE评分改善程度明显优于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组住院时间小于A组和B组(P<0.05)。[结论]经皮硝黄贴片超声导入佐治急性胰腺炎可明显改善急性胰腺炎患者的症状,缩短病程,促进患者康复。

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of nitrate patch percutaneously infiltrated by ultrasound in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.[Methods]90 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine.Based on the treatment of group A,group B was given Glauber’s patch and group C was given nitrate patch.They were all infiltrated by ultrasound for 7 days.At the end of the course of treatment,the following observations were determined in three groups including abdominal pain relief time,bloating relief time,first defecation time,length of hospital stay,APACHE scores,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood amylase before and after treatment.[Results]There was no significant difference in the efficacy of three groups(P>0.05).However,the remission time and first defecation time of group C were obviously shorter than that of groups A and B(P<0.05).The hypersensitive C-reactive protein,serum amylase and APACHE scores were significantly improved than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).Then,the hospitalization time was also shortened in the group C(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Nitrate patch percutaneously infiltrated by ultrasound can significantly relieve the symptoms,shorten the course of disease and promote their recovery in the patients with acute pancreatitis.
