五运六气与疾病发生相关性研究进展

The Correlation of the Five Yun and Six Qi with Disease Susceptibility

[目的]通过系统整理相关文献,对五运六气理论与疾病发生相关性研究进行归纳总结。[方法]系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据库,对数据库中1958年至2018年9月30日关于五运六气理论临床研究的文献进行整理,总结五运六气学说与疾病发生相关性研究现状。[结果]运气理论已广泛应用于研究呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统等多系统疾病的发生风险。如呼吸系统疾病的患者多出生于不平和年份;泌尿系统疾病(肾脏病)的患者与太阳寒水之气密切相关;恶性肿瘤中的肺癌,从气而言在风火或燥热易于发生等。人体后天易患疾病与胎孕期、出生或发病时运气特征有一定的关联。[结论]目前绝大多数研究仅回顾性地研究运气变化与疾病发生的关系,五运六气理论与疾病之间的相关性研究尚未形成完善的体系。运用流行病学研究设计方法,深入研究五运六气理论与疾病发生发展和预后的关系,对疾病的预防和治疗具有重要的意义。

[Objective]To summarize the existing studies on the correlation of the five Yun and six Qi theory with diseases susceptibility by systemically searching relevant literature.[Method]Literature of clinical research on the theory of five Yun and six Qi and disease susceptibility from 1958 to September 30,2018 was retrieved from the CNKI and Wanfang databases.The correlation of the five Yun and six Qi theory with disease incidence and prevalence was systematically evaluated.[Result]The relationship between the five Yun and six Qi theory and risk of diseases was widely investigated,including diseases of the respiratory system,circulatory system,digestive system as well as other systems.Several studies reported significant correlations of disease susceptibility with pregnancy and birth Yunqi,while some studies reported correlations between infectious diseases and Yunqi.However,most studies retrospectively collected data and investigated the relationship of Yunqi and disease prevalence.The five Yun and six Qi theory was not widely used in the prevention and treatment of diseases.[Conclusion]At present,research on the correlation between the five Yun and six Qi theory and diseases susceptibility is not well-established.Epidemiological studies are warranted to further elucidate the relationship of the five Yun and six Qi theory with disease incidence,development and prognosis,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.
