从“大写意”到“工笔画”背景下的“带湄”联动发展——以中缅合作为例

摘要 “澜湄合作”机制是由中国参与的,与周边国家开展的多边、多层次的次区域合作机制。“一带一路”倡议是由中国倡导的国际性区域合作机制。过去几年,“带湄”两大机制实现了联动发展,“澜湄合作”机制成为“一带一路”倡议在澜沧江—湄公河流域的重要建设平台,“一带一路”倡议也为“澜湄合作”机制提供了机遇。当前“一带一路”建设从“大写意”走向“工笔画”,在此背景下,“带湄”联动也将进入新的发展阶段。 The “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation” is a multilateral and multi-level sub-regional cooperation mechanism initiated by China and involves neighboring countries.The “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI) is an international regional cooperation mechanism advocated by China.In the past few years,the two mechanisms have achieved interconnected development and the “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation” mechanism has become an important construction platform in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin for the “BRI”.At the same time,the BRI offers opportunities for “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation” as well.At present,the “BRI” construction will switch from the style of Chinese “freehand painting” to that of “meticulous painting”.Under these circumstances,the interactive development of “BRI” and “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation” will also enter a new stage.
