摘要
文章介绍了氨纶、聚烯烃弹性纤维、弹性聚酯复合纤维和二烯类弹性纤维的组成和弹性机理,并采用常规的纺织纤维鉴别方法对其进行了鉴别,试验发现燃烧法易鉴别二烯类弹性纤维,显微镜法易鉴别弹性聚酯复合纤维,溶解法易鉴别氨纶和弹性聚酯复合纤维,红外光谱法对四种纤维都可有效鉴别。
This article introduced the compositions and elastic mechanisms of spandex, elastolefin, elastic polyester composite fibers and diene elastic fibers. The conventional textile fiber identification methods were used to identify them. The results showed that burning behavior was easy to identify diene elastic fiber, microscopy was easy to identify elastic polyester composite fiber, solubility was easy to identify polyurethane and elastic polyester composite fibers, infrared absorption spectrum could effectively identify the four kinds of fibers.
