摘要 目的探索白三烯C4合成酶(LTC4S)A-444C位点多态性与阿司匹林致荨麻疹的相关性。方法收集2015年1月至2017年12月就诊于单县东大医院且接受阿司匹林抗血小板治疗的患者,依据患者是否出现荨麻疹将其分为病例组与对照组,通过对LTC4S基因A-444C变异位点的检测,统计分析该位点的变异对药物不良反应的影响。结果病例组患者中LTC4S A-444C等位基因的频率高于对照组患者。AC基因型相对于AA基因型患者发生荨麻疹的风险高2.762倍,CC基因型相较AA基因型患者发生荨麻疹的风险高4.296倍。结论 LTC4S A-444C位点A变异为C与阿司匹林致荨麻疹显著相关,患者在用药前进行LTC4S A-444C位点变异检测,可为临床中阿司匹林的安全用药提供参考。 Objective To explore the association between leukotriene C4 synthase (LTC4S) A-444C polymorphism and aspirin-induced urticaria. Methods The patients who were treated in Dongda Hospital of Shan County (2015.1 - 2017.12) and received aspirin antiplatelet therapy were included and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the occurrence of urticaria. The effect of genetic polymorphism (LTC4S A-444C) on adverse drug reactions was explored through genetic testing and statistical analysis. Results The frequency of LTC4S A-444C allele in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Patients with AA genotype and treated with aspirin had a decreased, but not absent, risk of urticaria as compared to patients with the AC or CC genotype. Patients with AC genotype who were treated with aspirin had an increased risk of urticaria as compared to patients with AA genotype (2.762 times). Conclusion LTC4S A-444C allele C is associated with increased risk of urticaria when treated with aspirin. Testing LTC4S A-444C polymorphism before prescription, helps provide useful information for clinical safety of aspirin.
