心血管疾病局部给药途径的研究进展

Advances in local administration routes for cardiovascular diseases

心血管疾病的局部给药治疗能够减少给药剂量,降低全身不良反应,能够在靶器官保持较高的药物浓度,提高药物疗效,因此局部给药治疗对心血管疾病有重要的临床指导意义。本文就目前国内外局部给药途径的研究进行总结,并对其给药途径的优缺点进行阐述,展望未来的发展前景。

Local administration route for cardiovascular diseases can reduce the dosage, reduce systemic ADR, maintain high concentration of drugs in the target tissues, and improve efficacy. Therefore, local administration is important for cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, studies on local drug delivery routes at home and abroad are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of local drug delivery routes are expounded, and the future developments are prospected.
