风险管理在我院静脉用药调配中心配置抗菌药物中的应用

Risk management in configuring antimicrobial drugs via PIVAS in our hospital

目的分析本院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)在配置抗菌药物过程中存在的影响临床用药安全的潜在风险。方法运用风险管理方法,总结PIVAS配置抗菌药物过程中的风险点,并进行及时有效的控制。结果从不溶性微粒、热原、交叉过敏、残余量、非整支剂量调配五个方面进行风险控制,保证抗菌药物成品输液的安全性。结论对配置抗菌药物过程进行风险控制,有效地规避了风险,保证了临床用药安全。

Objective To analyze the potential risk of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) in the allocation of antimicrobial agents affecting the safety of clinical drug use. Methods The risks in the PIVAS allocation were summarized by consulting relevant literatures and previous experience, and was effectively controlled in a timely and effective manner. Results The insoluble particles, pyrogen, cross-allergy, residual amount and non-whole dose were used as the starting point to determine the causes of risks and control the risk. Conclusion Risk control in the allocation of antimicrobial agents helps effectively reduce the risks and ensure the safety of clinical drug use.
