磁路控制型故障限流器电网接入防御手段研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着交直流电网的发展,系统短路电流不断上升,传统被动型的故障电流限制措施适用性较差,新型的磁路控制型故障限流器具有响应速度快、效果精准的优势,但目前缺少磁路控制型故障限流器设备故障后的影响分析和防御手段。首先分析了磁路控制型故障限流器的原理,根据继电保护和稳控系统动作原理,研究得出磁路控制型故障限流器异常后可能引发继电保护误动和稳控系统策略失配的结论。其次为提高磁路控制型故障限流器的应用水平,提出了一种就地-紧急-电网的电网综合防御手段,并分析了磁路控制型故障限流器异常后的防御过程。然后建立了实时仿真系统验证了磁路控制型故障限流器对继电保护的影响,提高了故障限流器异常后的电网适应能力和安全运行水平。 With the development of AC and DC power grid,the short-circuit current of the system keeps rising,and the applicability of traditional passive fault current limitation measures is poor. The new type of magnetic-controlled fault current limiter has the advantage of fast response speed and precision,but it is in short of impact analysis and defense measures up to now after the failure of the magnetic-controlled fault current limiter. Firstly,the principle of magnetic-controlled fault current limiter is analyzed. According to the action principle of relay protection and stability control system,the conclusion is drawn that the abnormal magnetic-controlled fault current limiter may cause relay protection malfunction and the strategy mismatch of stability control system. Secondly,in order to improve the application level of magnetic circuit-controlled fault current limiter,an integrated defense method of local-emergency- power grid is proposed,and the defense process after the magnetic circuit-controlled fault current limiter is abnormal is analyzed. Then a real- time simulation system is established to verify the influence of magnetic circuit controlled fault current limiter on relay protection,which improves the adaptability and safe operation level of power grid after abnormal operation of fault current limiter.
