摘要
对某重型燃机燃烧器的温升效率和组分效率进行计算和分析,结果表明:在常压21%负荷、实压小于21%负荷时,燃烧效率即可达到设计目标值,充分证实了该燃烧器具有优异的气动设计特性;在各工况条件下,组分效率值的可信度均高于温升效率;常压燃烧效率试验已获得燃烧效率设计曲线的上升阶段,试验结果可作为该型燃烧器系列化的依据。
Both temperature efficiency η T and component efficiency η C are analyzed and three conclusions could be obtained . Firstly, combustion efficiency reaches to design value at 21% load for atmospheric test and will be even a lower load for high pressure test. This confirms a good aerodynamic performance of the combustor. Secondly, reliability of η C is always higher than η T under any operating condition. Finally, ascending branch of combustion efficiency design curve has been tested, which could be used for combustor serialization.
