摘要
机器人在医疗领域的使用,一方面提高了诊疗和护理效果,为促进医学事业发展作出了重大贡献;另一方面,也引发了人的主体性问题、患者隐私泄露、医护人员被替代等不可忽视的伦理问题。通过介绍医用机器人的现状,分析其在医疗领域应用中引发的伦理问题,提出了进行严格监管,厘清责任权属;保护患者隐私,消除潜在风险;确保主体地位,注重人文关怀等应对之策。
On the one hand, the use of robots in the medical field improves the effect of diagnosis and treatment and nursing, and it makes great contributions to the development of medicine;on the other hand, it also causes some ethical problems, such as human subjectivity, patient privacy leakage, medical staff being replaced and so on. The research introduces the current situation of medical robots, analyzes the ethical problems caused by its application in the medical field. It puts forward to strict supervision to clarify the responsibility ownership, protect patient privacy and eliminate potential risks, ensure the main position and pay attention to humanistic care, and other countermeasures.
