The Role of Hospital Ideologicad an Political Work in Building Harmonious Doctor-patients Relationship

分析在构建和谐医患关系中医院思想政治工作的作用,梳理其中存在的如下问题:对思想政治工作重要性的认知不足,思想政治工作缺少深度;缺乏专业的政工人员以及处理医患纠纷的经验;思想政治工作和教育枯燥乏味,远离医患冲突严重的时代背景;在对医学生的思想政治教育中缺少医患关系和沟通教育。针对问题,提出通过加强思想政治工作构建和谐医患关系的具体工作方法。

The research analyzed the role of ideological and political work of hospital in the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and sorted out the existing problems: the lack of awareness of the importance of ideological and political work, the lack of depth of ideological and political work;the lack of professional political workers and experience in dealing with doctor-patient disputes;ideological and political work and education were dull and boring, which were far from the background of serious doctor-patient conflict. There was a lack of doctor-patient relationship and communication education in the ideological and political education of medical students. As for these, the counter measures were put forward to constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship by the ideological and political work.
