本科实习护生患者安全态度和职业素养的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Patient Safety Attitude and Professional Accomplishment of Undergraduate Nursing Interns

目的调查本科实习护生患者安全态度和职业素养的现状,并深入分析其影响因素。方法对287名本科实习护生采用一般资料调查表进行一般情况调查,采用中文版《实习护生患者安全态度和职业素养量表》(MSSAPS量表)测量患者安全态度和职业素养现状。结果本科实习护生MSSAPS总得(130.74±18.03)分,发生过不良事件的本科实习护生的MSSAPS各条目得分均低于普通水平,不同实习科室数量对团队文化维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),选择护理专业原因对MSSAPS总分及职业行为维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本科实习护生的职业认同感和不良事件防范能力有待提高,学校在课程中应增加有关患者安全的技能教育及职业规划,教学医院应加强岗前和在岗培训,加强带教,提高学生对患者安全文化的认知及防范不良事件的能力。

Objective: To investigate the current situation of patient safety attitude and professional accomplishment of undergraduate nursing interns and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: The general situation of 287 undergraduate nursing interns was investigated by using the general information questionnaire, and the current status of patient safety attitude and professional accomplishment was surveyed by the Chinese version of MSSAPS scale. Results: The total score of the survey was(130.74±18.03);the scores of each item in MSSAPS of undergraduate nursing students who had adverse events were all lower than the ordinary level;the number of different internship departments had a statistically significant in team culture dimensions(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the reasons for choosing nursing major and MSSAPS total score and occupational behavior dimensions(P<0.05). Conclusions: Professional identity and prevent adverse events of undergraduate nursing interns need to be improved;School should pay more attention to the education of nursing career and skills education related to patient safety in the curriculum;the hospital should strengthen pre-job and on-job training,increase clinical nursing teaching, improve the abilities of perceptions of patient safety culture and prevent adverse events.
