改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血的效果

Effect on Modified Cervical Cerclage in the Treatment of Lower Uterine Segment Hemorrhage of Placenta Previa

目的探讨改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血的效果。方法选择我院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的前置胎盘子宫下段出血患者82例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组41例。对照组给予传统宫颈环扎术,治疗组给予改良式宫颈环扎术。对比两组输红细胞悬液量、术中出血量、手术时间及术后并发症情况。结果治疗组输红细胞悬液量、术中出血量、手术时间明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.214、53.413、9.630,P<0.05)。两组均未见严重感染,宫颈外观无异常,子宫形态基本正常,无宫腔积血。结论改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血效果显著,可减少患者术中出血量及手术时间,且安全性较好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect on modified cervical cerclage in the treatment of lower uterine segment hemorrhage in the placenta previa.Methods 82 patients with lower uterine segment hemorrhage of placenta previa in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled,the patients weredivided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional cervical cerclage and thetreatment group was given modified cervical cerclage.The erythrocyte suspension volume,bleeding volume during operation,time of operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The erythrocyte suspension volume,bleeding volume during operation,time of operation of treatment group were signiantly lower than that of control group,differences were statistically significant ( t =8.214,53.413,9.630,P <0.05).There were no serious infection in the two groups,no abnormal cervical appearance,normal uterine morphology,and no uterine hemorrhage.Conclusion Modified cervical cerclage is effective in treating thelower uterine segment hemorrhage of placenta previa,which can reduce the bleeding volume during operation and operation time,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
