凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果

Effect of Bacillus Coagulans Tablets Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的探讨凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法将我院2016年7月~2018年7月收治的96例腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片。比较两组患儿的治疗效果与症状缓解时间。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,优于对照组的81.25%,各项症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of Bacillus Coagulans tablets combined with montmorillonite in infantile diarrhea.Methods 96 diarrhea children treated from July 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital were enrolled and divived to two groups according to the different therapies,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated by montmorillonite;While the study group treated by montmorillonite and Bacillus Coagulans tablets.The therapeutic effect and symptom relief time were compared.Results The effective rate in the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of control group (81.25%),with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion The combined mode of montmorillonite and Bacillus Coagulans tablets can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and increase the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinic application.
