小儿推拿辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的效果

Pediatric Massage for the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia and Asthma

目的观察小儿推拿辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的效果。方法收集儿科病房的痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予抗感染、止咳、化痰、平喘等西医常规治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上配合小儿推拿手法治疗,治疗1个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患儿总有效率均为100.0%;治疗组治愈率(67.7%)明显高于对照组(46.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺型患儿的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解患儿的症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of pediatric massage on children with pneumonia and asthma.Methods 60 children with pneumonia and asthma of phlegm-heat-closure type in pediatric ward were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine such as anti-infection,cough relief,phlegm-resolving and asthma relieving.The treatment group was treated with massage manipulation on the basis of routine western medicine,the curative effect was evaluated after one course of treatment.Results Both groups had obvious curative effect on asthma caused by phlegm-heat closed lung pneumonia,all of which were 100.0%,none of which was cured.However,the cure rate of treatment group (67.7%) was significantly higher than that of control group (46.7%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage therapy is effective in the early stage of the disease in children with pneumonia and phlegm and blood stasis.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children and is worthy of promotion and application.
