摘要
目的探讨虚拟仿真教学平台对非医学专业学生CPR技术教学效果的影响。方法按照报名先后顺序,选取某非医学专业高校在读大学生46名,采取随机抽样的方法将其分成干预组(23名)和对照组(23名)。干预组采用虚拟仿真教学平台教学模式进行CPR操作教学,对照组采用心肺复苏模拟人进行CPR操作教学。观察并比较两组学生的操作技术、理论知识评分以及掌握CPR操作技术所需的时间。结果两组教学后的操作技术及理论知识评分均高于教学前(P<0.05)。干预组教学后CPR操作技术评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组学生教学后掌握CPR操作技术所需的时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于虚拟仿真教学平台的教学模式明显优于传统形式的教学模式,该模式作为一种新的教学改革尝试在非医学专业学生CPR教学中实施,有利于提高非医学专业学生的CPR学习质量、减少学生的学习时间,极大地提升了学习效率,促使非医学专业人员较好地掌握了CPR操作技术。
Objective To explore the influence of virtual simulation teaching platform on the teaching effect of CPR technology for non-medical students.Methods In this study,46 non-medical college students were selected randomly according to the order of registration.They were divided into intervention group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases) by random sampling.The teaching mode based on virtual simulation teaching platform was used to teach CPR operation in the intervention group;the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The scores of technical and theoretical knowledge and CPR operating time of two groups were observed and compared.Results After teaching,the scores of operation technology and theoretical knowledge were higher than those of before teaching in both groups ( P <0.05for both);the score of CPR operation technology in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05).The time required for the intervention group to master CPR operation techniques after teaching was significantly lower than that of control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode based on virtual simulation teaching platform is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode.As a new teaching reform attempt,this mode is tried to be implemented in CPR teaching for non-medical students.It is beneficial to improve the quality of CPR learning for non-medical students,reduce the learning time of students,greatly improve the learning efficiency,and promote non-medical professionals to master CPR.
