染色改性共聚酯流变性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在PET分子链上分别引入聚醚(PEG)、间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)、脂肪链酯类,得到染色改性共聚酯,采用毛细管流变仪研究共聚酯的流变性能。结果表明,四种染色改性共聚酯具有切力变稀的特性,随温度的升高,共聚酯熔体的表观黏度下降,非牛顿指数除醚改性共聚酯以外均呈上升趋势;PET中引入PEG柔性单体后,使得共聚酯的流动性能显著提高,其表观黏度明显下降,并且粘流活化能和结构黏度指数下降;PET中加入SIPE单体后,SIPE单体含量越高,表观黏度越高,结构化黏度指数越高。 Polyethylene glycol (PEG),Ethylene isophthalate-5-sulfonate (SIPE)and aliphatic chain esters were introduced respectively into the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to obtain the dyeable modified copolyesters.Rheological properties of the copolyesters were studied by the Rosand RH-7 rheometer.The results showed that the copolyesters have the property of shear thinning.With a rise of temperature,the apparent viscosity of copolyesters was decreased,and the non-Newton Index was increased,except the polyether modified copolyester.With adding PEG monomer,the melt fluidity of copolymer has significant improvement,and apparent viscosity,viscous flow activity energy and structural viscosity index of the copolyester were all less than PET obviously.As the content of SIPE monomer increased,the apparent viscosity,viscous flow activity energy and structural viscosity index of the copolyesters were all increased.
