摘要
本装置采用正丁烷氧化法生产顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)作为溶剂回收MAH。本文采用化工流程模拟AspenPlus软件,建立了与实际运行装置相符合的溶剂法顺酐回收工艺解吸流程模型,并进行了模拟分析得出相关参数对系统的影响及节能降耗。模拟计算值与装置实际值基本吻合。通过灵敏度分析等手段得出较优的操作参数。经过计算分析,得出相关参数对系统的影响,优化了原有参数,汽提塔再沸器节能约12%,塔底再沸器节能约6%。
Maleic anhydride(MAH) was produced by oxidation of n-butane in this unit. Dibutyl phthalate(DBP) was used as solvent to recover MAH. The desorption process model of solvent maleic anhydride recovery process was established and simulated by Aspen Plus software.The simulation analysis was carried out in order to obtain the influence of relevant parameters on the system and save energy. The simulated values were basically in agreement with the actual values of the device. The optimal operating parameters were obtained by sensitivity analysis and other means. Through calculation and analysis, the influence of relevant parameters on the system was obtained, and the original parameters were optimized. The energy saving of stripper reboiler and bottom heater was about 12% and 6% respectively.
