共同体这一概念在近代以来西方社会学家的理论体系中有着充分的讨论,但都存在着一定的局限性。马克思建立在历史唯物主义基础上“自由人联合体”的共同体思想为人的现实解放指明了出路。全球化进程中形成的“世界历史”是人类文明的一大进步,但不是真正的世界,当前世界无政府状态说明了真正政治意义上的“世界”并不存在。随着全球化的深入发展,昔日“从属”的世界体系日渐被打破,涉及的世界公利越来越多,国际性矛盾也越发凸显,这就需要给世界确立公平正义的秩序。而习近平“人类命运共同体”思想正是新时代继承和发展马克思共同体思想的伟大理论创新,这一思想以“天下”为理论维度,以构建公平正义的世界秩序为追求,从而建立了“中国梦”与“世界梦”的同频共振性。

The concept of community has been fully discussed in the theoretical system of Western sociologists in modern times,but all have certain limitations.Marx's idea of a"free association of people"based on historical materialism has pointed out the way out for the liberation of man.The"world history"formed in the process of globalization is the great progress of human civilization,but it is not a real world.The current state of anarchy in the world indicates that the"world"in the true sense of policy does not exist.With the in-depth development of globalization,the former"subordinate"world system has been gradually broken,the world's public interest is increasing,and international contradictions are becoming more and more prominent.This requires establishing a fair and just order for the world.Xi Jinping's"community of human destiny"is the great innovation of theory of inheriting and developing Marx's community thought in the new era.This thought takes"Tianxia"as the theoretical dimension and pursues the construction of a fair and just world order,thus the same frequency resonance of"Chinese Dream"and"World Dream"was established.
