摘要 课程与文化有着天然的联系。全球多元文化背景下处于我国民族地区多元文化交织环境中英语课程与教学,其建构与发展也必当应对时代的多元化诉求。民族地区中小学英语课程与教学多元化诉求的实现,既要关注民族地区中小学课程改革与文化发展思想、理论的倡导,也要从多维度关注该地区基础英语课程的“多元”价值的创生与建构。即是说,理论建构、实践关照、价值引领等形成合力,才能保证新时期课程改革的顺利推进。 Curriculum and culture have a natural connection.Under the background of global multiculturalism,the English curriculum and teaching of primary and middle schools in minority areas in China,which is in the intertwined environment of national culture,mainstream culture and foreign culture,must be constructed and developed in response to the diversified demands of the times.The realization of the diversified appeals of English curriculum and teaching in primary and middle schools in minority areas needs not only to pay attention to the ideas and theories of curriculum reform and cultural development,but to curriculum design,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and other diversified the creation and construction of value from different dimensions.The combination of theoretical construction,practical care,and value leadership will ensure the smooth progress of curriculum reform in the new era.
