河南省产业结构的调整效果评价研究

Evaluation of Industrial Structure Adjustment Effect in Henan Province

当前,河南省正在进行产业结构调整,对产业结构进行实时跟踪测评,及时了解产业结构的调整状况,可以为优化河南省产业结构提供参考。采用2001~2016年河南省各产业增加值数据计算河南省产业结构失衡指数、工业产业资本配置效率、产业结构调整体系,利用主成分分析法对产业结构调整效果进行评价,结果表明:河南省产业结构优化升级取得一定成效,产业结构发展日渐完善,但也存在很多问题。解决这些问题,应加快各产业发展,优化整产业结构。

At present,Henan Province is undergoing industrial restructuring.Tracking and evaluating the industrial structure timely,understanding the industrial adjustment situation,which can provide reference for optimizing industrial structure in Henan Province.The industrial property adjustment effect was evaluated using the industrial structure imbalance index of Henan Province,the industrial capital allocation efficiency,the industrial structure adjustment system and the principal component analysis method.The calculation results show that the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province has achieved certain results,and the development of industrial structure is gradually improving.We should speed up the development of various industries and optimize and adjust the structure of industries.
