摘要
结合生产实际,从二十辊森吉米尔轧机的AGC控制系统入手,结合HiB钢材质特点与生产特性,经过分析HiB钢在冷轧工序带头利用率偏低的主要原因,提出轧制力优化与带头起步快速控制相结合的方法来解决带头废偏高的实际问题。此法主要是通过减少厚度偏差量和控制轧机起步时的超差长度达到提高HiB钢带头利用率的目的,对指导生产具有重要意义。
This paper studies the actual production,starting from the AGC control system of the twenty roller Sendzimir mill,combined with material characteristics and production characteristics of HiB steel on the basis of analyzing the low utilization rate of HiB steel in the cold rolling process.The combination of power optimization and rapid start up control is adopted to solve practical problem of high lead loss.This method aims at improving the utilization rate of HiB steel lead by reducing thickness deviation and controlling the over length of the rolling mill at the very beginning,providing significant guidance for production.
