生源多元化背景下高职分类教学模式研究——以武汉交通职业学院汽车检测与维修专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国教育的深化改革,高职院校的生源呈现多元化的发展趋势。高职院校目前生源来源主要有高考、单独招生、对口招生、技能拔尖人才招生等。以前单一的高职教学模式已经难以满足不同文化基础、不同学习经历、不同学习需求的学生的教学需求,急需对传统的高职教学模式进行变革。通过对多元化来源的学生的特点进行分析,并从多个角度提出针对性的分类教学改革建议,对高职分类教学模式进行研究。 Source of students of vocational colleges tend to be diversified with the further reform of education.Students of vocational colleges are mainly from the college entrance examination,exclusive recruit examination,enrollment based on of speciality and recruitment of excellent technicians.The single teaching mode applied before can not fulfill the demand of students with different proficiency,learning experience and different demand of learning.Thus,it calls for urgent reform of traditional teaching mode.This paper analyzed the characteristics of students from different sources,and put forward classified teaching mode based on different points of view.
