摘要
工频电流比例标准二次1A小电流或一次10000A大电流的校准需借助辅助标准完成,为使其自身的量值复现,对辅助标准各变比分别采用自校线路、比较线路和除法线路进行分析,得到单次测量试验数据,评定出合成标准不确定度,计算出扩展不确定度,最终给出各变比最佳估计值的判断。
The accurate calibration of current ratio standards at fundamental frequency requires auxiliary unit when the secondary current is 1 A or the primary current is 10 000 A.In order to get the recurrence its own quantity value,are analyzed each variable ratio of the auxiliary standards using self-calibration circuit,comparison circuit and division circuit.Synthetic standard uncertainty is assessed,and the extended uncertainty is calculated.Finally the best estimated value of each variable ratio is obtained.
