摘要
采用有限元软件MIDAS对某电厂钢煤斗进行了有限元分析,研究钢煤斗的截面尺寸及壁厚在设计荷载作用下的应力变形分布情况,并对设计的钢煤斗进行安全性评估。将有限元分析结果与手算结果进行对比,该钢煤斗在设计荷载作用下各处均处于弹性受力阶段,应力较大点均出现在横向加劲肋角部连接处。提出减小横向加劲肋截面尺寸,并加强加劲肋角部连接构造的建议,节省钢材,同时满足设计使用要求,保证钢煤斗的安全可靠性。
The finite element analysis of steel hopper was carried out for a power plant by the finite element software MIDAS.With the design load of steel coal hopper,the distribution of stress and deformation of section size and wall thickness was investigated,and the safety evaluation of the designed steel hopper was carried out.Comparing the results of finite element analysis with the results of hand calculations,it is shown that the steel hopper is in the elastic stress stage,and the larger stress points appear at the joint of the transverse stiffener ribs.Suggestions for reducing the size of transverse stiffener section and strengthening the connection structure of corner of stiffener are put forward.It can save steel and meet the requirements of design to ensure the safety and reliability of the steel coal hopper.
