一起励磁调节器磁场开关合闸故障原因分析

摘要 励磁调节器是控制发电机机端电压及机组间无功功率分配的重要控制装置,对电力系统安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。针对某电厂调试阶段磁场开关合闸故障,检修人员从合闸线圈烧损、磁场开关合闸执行机构卡涩或破损、磁场开关控制回路异常共3个方面进行故障原因分析并提出了有效的防范措施,确保励磁系统运行的可靠性。 Excitation regulator is an important control device to control the terminal voltage of generator and reactive power distribution between units.It plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of power system.In view of the closing fault of the magnetic field switch in a power plant during commissioning,the maintenance personnel analyzed the fault causes from three aspects: the burning of the closing coil,the stuck or damaged actuator of the magnetic field switch and the abnormal control circuit of the magnetic field switch,and put forward effective preventive measures to ensure the reliability of the excitation system.
