摘要
为等离子体技术在农业生产中的应用提供参考,设置4个等离子体电流(分别为1.1A、1.3A、1.5A和1.7A)及3个处理次数(1次、2次和3次),以不进行等离子处理的苦荞种子为对照,以种子发芽率、幼苗根长和苗高为考察指标,研究不同等离子体处理组合对苦荞种子的影响。结果表明:等离子体处理后对苦荞种子发芽率影响不显著,但对地上部株高和地下部根长的影响显著;最佳等离子体处理组合为等离子体电流1.3A,处理2次。与对照CK相比,该组合可使株高增加37.29%,根长增加52.42%,增产18%~25%。
To provide references for the application of plasma technology in agricultural production,four plasma currents(1.1A,1.3A,1.5A and 1.7A),and three treatment times(1,2,3 times)were set and taken no plasma treatment as the control.The seed germination rate,seedling root length and seedling height were taken as indicators to explore the effects of different plasma treatment combinations on Fagopyrum tataricum seeds.Results:The effect of plasma treatment on the germination rate of F.tataricum seeds was not significant,but the effect on plant height and shoot length of shoots was significant.The optimal plasma treatment combination was the current of 1.3A and two times treatment.Compared with the control,the combination increased the plant height,root length and yield by 37.29%,52.42%and 18%-25%respectively.
