云南主栽核桃品种对叶枯病菌的抗性评价 被引量:4

摘要 为评价云南核桃主栽品种对叶枯病病原菌Pestalotiopsis disseminata的抗性,采用离体接种的方法,将病原菌P.disseminata接种到栽培的31个核桃品种嫩叶上,5d后对病斑面积均值进行聚类分析。结果表明:接种P.disseminata后,不同品种的核桃抗病能力存在差异,31个核桃品种中,抗病品种20个,分别为夹棉大麻、大包壳、大泡核桃、三台核桃、新新2号、漾杂一号、云新90306、漾杂二号、夹棉小麻、云新90301、云新云林、漾杂三号、纸皮核桃、小胖若核桃、云新高原、青皮大泡、小圆果、新翠丰、桐子果、大木瓜核桃;中抗品种8个,分别为新早丰、云新90303、大尖嘴、方壳核桃、娘青核桃、四方果、漾江一号、细皮核桃;中感品种1个,为扎343;感病品种2个,为小泡核桃和圆菠萝。 In order to evaluate the resistance of main walnut varieties to leaf blight pathogen Pestalotiopsis disseminata in Yunnan province,the pathogen P.disseminata was inoculated on the tender leaves of 31 walnut varieties cultivated in vitro.After inoculating for five days,the mean area of disease spot was analyzed by cluster analysis.The results showed that,after inoculating with P.disseminata,the resistance ability of different varieties of walnut was different.There are 20 resistant varieties in 31 walnut varieties,which were Jiamiandama walnut,Dabaoke walnut,Dapao walnut,Santai walnut,Xinxin No.2,Yangza No.1,Yunxin 90306,Yangza No.2,Jiamian xiaoma,Yunxin 90301,Yunxin yunlin,Yangza No.3,Zhipi walnut,Xiaopangruo walnut,Yunxin gaoyuan,Qingpidapao,Xiaoyuanguo,Xincuifeng,Tongziguo and Damugua walnut.There were 8 medium resistant varieties,which were Xinzaofeng,Yunxin 90303,Dajianzui,Fangke walnut,Niangqing walnut,Sifangguo,Yangjiang No.1 and Xipi walnut.There was one medium susceptible variety Za 343.Besides,there were two susceptible varieties,which were Xiaopao walnut and Yuanboluo walnut.
