摘要
为贵州野生樱桃的资源保护及选育利用提供依据。以采自贵州毕节的野生樱桃为试材,采用Bradford法测定樱桃果肉的可溶性蛋白,采用WinSEEDLE种子和针叶图像分析系统测定樱桃种子的外部形态。结果表明:野生樱桃果型较小,果实长8.03mm、宽7.15mm,均重为0.78g,可食率为44.5%。果肉中可溶性蛋白含量为83.99mg/100gFW;种子为卵圆形,浅黄色,平均长度、宽度和厚度分别为6.73mm、5.24mm和4.38mm。Bradford法重现性好、准确度高,可快速灵敏地测定樱桃果肉的可溶性蛋白含量。该野生樱桃适应性强、丰产性好,具有很高的育种利用价值。
In order to provide a basis for the conservation,selection and utilization of wild cherry in Guizhou,the wild cherry collected from Bijie,Guizhou was used as the test material,the soluble protein of cherry pulp was determined by Bradford method.The external morphology of cherry seeds was determined by WinSEEDLE seed and needle image analysis system.Results:Wild cherry had smaller fruit shape,the fruit length was 8.03 mm and the width was 7.15 mm,the average weight was 0.78 g,and the edible rate was 44.5%.The soluble protein content in the pulp was 83.99 mg/100 g FW;The seeds were oval,pale yellow,and the average length,width and thickness were 6.73 mm,5.24 mm and 4.38 mm,respectively.The Bradford method had good reproducibility and high accuracy,and could quickly and sensitively determine the soluble protein content in cherry pulp.The wild cherry had strong adaptability,high yield,and had high breeding and utilization value.
