摘要
为瓜类生产上嫁接栽培耐盐砧用南瓜品种的选择提供参考依据,以日本雪松、7045、思壮7号、利农8号和短蔓大圣冠5个砧用南瓜品种为试验材料,研究NaCl浓度为0(CK)、40mmol/L、80mmol/L、120mmol/L、160mmol/L、200mmol/L和240mmol/L共7个梯度盐胁迫下南瓜幼苗发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、幼苗高度、胚根长度和幼苗鲜重的变化,并利用隶属函数法对其耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度升高,砧用南瓜幼苗各指标总体呈下降趋势;80mmol/L低浓度盐胁迫下,日本雪松、7045、思壮7号和短蔓大圣冠的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数较CK差异不明显,200mmol/L高浓度盐胁迫下,思壮7号发芽率达100%,利农8号和短蔓大圣冠种子的萌发完全受到抑制,不能萌发;40mmol/L低浓度盐胁迫下,7045和思壮7号的幼苗高度、胚根长度和幼苗鲜重与CK相比均未发生显著变化,日本雪松的幼苗高度和幼苗鲜重显著增加;综合来看,5个砧用南瓜品种萌芽期耐盐性依次为思壮7号>日本雪松>7045>短蔓大圣冠>利农8号。思壮7号和日本雪松为耐盐性较强的瓜类嫁接砧木品种,适宜在盐碱地瓜类生产上进一步推广应用。
In order to provide references for the selection of salt-tolerant rootstock-used squash cultivars for melon grafting cultivation,five rootstock-used squash cultivars,namely Ribenxuesong,7045,Sizhuang 7,Linong 8 and Duanmandashengguan were selected as the test materials,and seven NaCl concentration levels,0,40,80,120,160,200 and 240 mmol/L were set to determine the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling height,radicle length and seedling fresh weight during germination stage.And membership function method was employed to comprehensively evaluate salt tolerance of each squash variety.Results:With the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination indicators roughly showed a downward trend.Compared with the control,low salt concentration(80 mmol/L)did not significantly change the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of genotypes,including Ribenxuesong,7045,Sizhuang 7 and Duanmandashengguan.Under the stress of high salt concentration(200 mmol/L),the germination rate of Sizhuang 7 remained at almost 100%,while Linong 8 and Duanmandashengguan were completely inhibited.Moreover,low salt concentration(40 mmol/L)stress could significantly increase the seedling height and seedling fresh weight of Ribenxuesong and had no significant impact on the seedling height,radicle length and seedling fresh weight of 7045 and Sizhuang 7.Comprehensive analysis showed that the order of salt tolerance ranked as Sizhuang 7>Ribenxuesong>7045>Duanmandashengguan>Linong 8,indicating the rootstock varieties Sizhuang 7 and Ribenxuesong have better salt tolerance and are more suitable for further popularization and application in the melon production on saline-alkali soil.
