摘要 为防止商用车爆胎产生的危害,基于内支撑原理,设计了一款安装于轮辋的爆胎应急安全装置。对装置进行了动平衡试验、结构疲劳和振动试验并对车辆爆胎后的转向性能、制动性能及继续行驶能力进行了测试,结果表明:装置结构合理,耐久性良好,满足实验要求,且能有效防止爆胎后轮胎脱圈引发事故。 Based on the theory of internal support, a kind of flat tire security device was designed to prevent the commercial vehicle from the flat tire case. The dynamic balance property, the fatigue property and the vibration property were tested, and the properties of steering, braking and continuous running with flat tire were tested too. The results show that the device has reasonable structure and good durability, and its performances meet the requirements. The security case resulting from tire lip coming off the hub after flat tire can be avoided validly with this device.
