摘要
AlSi7Mg合金具有比强度高、耐蚀性好、铸造性能优良等优点,广泛应用于汽车制造领域。但该合金在凝固成型过程中,易形成粗大的共晶硅,力学性能较差。添加金属元素或稀土元素可优化αAl基体和细化共晶硅,提高力学性能。综述了主族金属元素(Sr,Sb,Cu,Zr),稀土元素(La,Re,Y,Eu),多种稀土元素或主族金属和稀土元素复合添加对AlSi7Mg合金组织形貌及力学性能的影响。
AlSi7Mg alloys,due to its advantages of high specific strength,good corrosion resistance and excellent castability,are widely used in automobile manufacturing and other fields.But the coarse eutectic silicon is easy to form in the process of solidification molding,which seriously damages the mechanical properties of AlSi7Mg.Adding metal elements and rare earth elements can optimizeαAl matrix,refine eutectic silicon and improve its mechanical properties.Effect of Sr,Sb,Cu,Zr metals,rare earth elements as well as a variety of rare earth elements or metal and rare earth elements compound on microstructure and mechanical properties is reviewed.
