基于中医传承辅助平台分析含香附中成药的用药规律

Prescription Rules of Chinese Patent Drugs Containing Cyperus Rotundus on the Basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》中含香附方剂的用药规律,为临床应用和新药研发提供参考。方法采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)V2.5软件,构建含香附的方剂数据库,分析含香附方剂中常用的药物、组合规则及核心组合。结果含香附方剂共353首,涉及中药651味,常用药物组合121个,主治疾病20种,主治证候12种;高频药对为"香附-陈皮""香附-当归"的组合;选择"月经不调""痛经""腹胀""胃痛"进行对比分析,比较香附治疗不同疾病的核心组合,揭示香附方剂的用药规律和配伍特点。结论通过TCMISS V2.5软件,探讨了香附中成药的用药规律,可为临床应用和新药研发提供参考。

Objective To analyze the prescription rules of formulae containing Cyperus rotundus in Pharmaceutical Standards of Ministry of Public Health of the Peoples Republic of China:Chinese Patent Medicines and Preparations,and to provide reference for clinical application and research and development of new drugs.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)V2.5 software was used to establish the database of formulae containing Cyperus rotundus,and to analyze the common herbs,combination rules and core combination of prescriptions containing Cyperus rotundus.Results There were a total of 353 prescriptions containing Cyperus rotundus,involving 651 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,121 commonly used medicine pairs,mainly 20 diseases and 12 syndromes.According to the analysis for high-frequency medicine pairs of Cyperus rotundus and Citrus reticulata Blanco,Cyperus rotundus and Angelicae Sinensis.Menstrual disorder,dysmenorrhea,ventosity and gastralgia were chosen from the main diseases that Cyperus rotundus most frequently used to make deeper analysis,which reflected the prescription rules and compatibility characteristics of Chinese patent drugs containing Cyperus rotundus.Conclusion On the basis of TCMISS V2.5 software,the prescription rules of Chinese patent medicine containing Cyperus rotundus are analyzed to provide reference for clinical application,research and development of new drugs.
