医院住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂合理用药分析

Rational Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Injection in Inpatients in a Hospital

目的探讨医院住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)合理用药情况。方法选取医院2016年1月至12月收治的使用PPIs住院患者375例。采用问卷调查的方式汇总使用情况,并进行综合性评价。结果使用PPIs主要以预防用药为目的260例(69.33%),治疗用药115例(30.67%);单纯静脉给药280例(74.67%),先静脉给药后改为口服给药69例(18.40%);给予PPIs主要为手术病例应激性溃疡169例(45.07%),使用率最低为急性胰腺炎2例(0.53%);遵医嘱进行评价,合理用药223例(59.47%),不合理用药152例(40.53%)。结论医院PPIs普遍用于预防急性胃黏膜病变,部分使用与药品说明书中规定适应证迥异,但目前无滥用、过量使用现象。

Objective To investigate the rational application of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)for injection in inpatients in a hospital.Methods Totally 375 inpatients underwent the PPIs in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and comprehensively analyzed through questionnaire survey.Results The application of PPIs for prevention drug use accounted for 69.33%(260 cases)and treatment drug use accounted for 30.67%(115 cases).Totally 280 cases(74.67%)were only given intravenous administration,69 cases(18.40%)were given oral administration after intravenous administration.The main disease types of inpatients given PPIs were stress ulcer(169 cases,45.07%),and acute pancreatitis was the disease with the lowest PPIs use rate(2 cases,0.53%).The evaluation was carried out according to the doctor’s advice,223 cases(59.47%)were rational drug use and 152 cases(40.53%)were irrational drug use.Conclusion PPIs are mainly used for the prevention of acute gastrointestinal mucosal injury in our hospital.Some application cases are quite different from the indications of the drug instructions,but there is no abuse or overuse at present.
