药品零加成形势下药师服务转型的调研与分析

Transformation of Pharmacists Service Under the Zero Margin Drug Profit Policy

目的引导医院药师群体为患者提供更加专业的药学服务。方法设计调查问卷,内容包括调查对象的人口统计学资料、对医院药师工作的了解程度、对药品零加成政策的了解、对药师服务的需求和接受药师收费服务的意愿等。2016年10月,通过医院微信公众号、门诊药房窗口扫描二维码等多种途径向社会公众发放调查问卷并统计和分析。结果大部分公众对药师的工作内容有一定了解和认识,认可药师的专业知识并信任药师,希望接受专业的药学服务并愿意付出一定费用。结论药师只有秉持以患者为中心的理念,实行全程用药关怀,才是实行公立医院药品零差率后药师的立命之本。

Objective To guide the hospital pharmacists to provide more professional pharmaceutical care for patients.Methods Questionnaires were designed,including demographic data of the respondents,awareness of pharmacists’work and zero margin drug profit policy,and acceptance for pay service from pharmacists.The questionnaires distributed to the public through the WeChat public number of hospital and scan two-dimensional code at outpatient pharmacy in October 2016,the survey results were also analyzed.Results Most of the public have had a general familiarity with the work content of pharmacists,they recognized the professional knowledge of pharmacists and trusted pharmacists,hoped to receive professional pharmaceutical care and were willing to pay a certain fee.Conclusion The pharmacists only uphold the patient-centered philosophy,the full implementation of care for the patient,can pharmacists realize one’s self-worth after the zero margin drug profit policy.
