加强药学生专业技能与职业素质教育的思考与实践

Thoughts and Practice of Strengthening Pharmacy Students’ Professional Skills and Quality Education

随着经济发展进入新常态,我国产业结构已不断进行调整。随之,对高校人才培养提出新的要求,全面提升高校学生的专业技能、职业素质培养已成为高校的重要任务。尽管众多学者已从不同角度对大学生专业技能、职业素质培养的改革进行探究,但是,由于学校类别不同,在学生专业素质、职业素质教育方面仍存在差异。因此,根据医学院校特点,探索此类专业学生专业技能、职业素质教育与通识教育有机结合的新方法和新路径势在必行。结合本校药学生特点,从专业技能素质和职业素质培养模式的实践角度对大学生专业技能、职业素质教育进行探讨。

With the economic development entering the new normal state,China s industrial structure has been continuously adjusted.Accordingly,new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities have been put forward.It has become the important tasks of colleges and universities to comprehensively improve the professional skills and quality of college students.Although many scholars have explored the reform of professional skills and professional quality training of college students in China from different angles,there are differences in the professional quality and professional quality education of students due to different types of schools.Therefore,according to the characteristics of medical colleges and universities,it is imperative to explore new methods and new approaches to combine the professional skills,professional quality education and general education of college students.Based on the characteristics of our school s medicine students,this paper discusses the professional skills and professional quality education of college students from the perspectives of the practice of professional skills and professional quality training.
