“双一流”背景下ESI推动学科建设的分析及思考 被引量:6

摘要 ESI是根据SCI和SSCI收录的大量文献记录而建立的计量分析数据库,目前在国内和国际上作为科研绩效评价工具被广泛采用。我国一流大学、一流学科建设已正式拉开序幕,如何灵活应用ESI的计量学功能,科学合理评价学科建设水平,为学科布局和发展规划提供科学依据,对于推动“双一流”建设具有重要意义。在综合分析应用ESI进行学科评价的相关文献基础上,从ESI数据库概述、局限性、作用及应用策略四个方面展开论述,重点提出综合应用ESI,为人才引进、学科团队建设、公认学术期刊聚焦、关键科学问题凝练、绩效评价等提供决策依据,助力我国“双一流”建设。 ESI is a bibliometric database that includes giant amount of papers from SCI and SSCI and has been extensively used as an evaluation tool in scientific performance at home and abroad.World- class universities and subjects programs have been launched now,and how to flexibly apply ESI bibliometrics to scientifically evaluate the discipline construction level and provide scientific foundation for discipline layout and development is important in promoting “Double First-class”.Based on the comprehensive analysis relevant literature,the paper discusses the ESI database overview,limitations,effects and strategies and emphasizes the comprehensive application of ESI to provide decision basis for talent introduction,disciplinary team construction,publicly recognized academic journal focus,key scientific problem extracts and performance evaluation and help to promote the “double world-class” discipline construction.
