医药营销类专业进阶式实践干预模式探索

Probe into the Practice Intervention Mode of Advanced Stage in Pharmaceutical Marketing Major

为了评估进阶式实践干预模式在医药营销专业人才培养中的运用情况,为相关专业教学改革提供可行性参考和建议。采用干预组和对照组自身前后对照的设计,比较干预前后学生的专业知识、态度水平和行为情况。研究表明进阶式实践干预模式对提高学生的知识水平、就业心态和就业行为方面均有显著效果。

The paper is to evaluate the application of the “advanced” practical intervention mode in the training of medical marketing professionals and provide feasible references for the relevant professional teaching reform.The comparison between the subject group and control group before and after the quasi-experiment was conducted to probe the differences in the professional knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of students before and after the intervention.The “advanced ” mode of practice intervention has significant effects on improving students knowledge level,employment mentality and employment behaviors.
