摘要
针对目前炼油厂催化裂化装置烟气脱硫脱硝工艺,脱硫废水成分复杂、处理效果差、高氯含量无机絮凝剂腐蚀设备、高含量有机絮凝剂堵塞过滤器的问题,开发了一种不含氯离子的高效复合絮凝剂。研究结果表明:在pH值6.5~8.0,废水悬浮物浓度1000~5000 mg/L,水温45~60℃时,加注该絮凝剂300~500 mg/L后澄清池出水悬浮物数值小于60 mg/L,悬浮物去除率达98%以上,絮凝效果明显优于现用的PAM。工业应用结果表明:经该絮凝剂处理后,废水悬浮物含量从3000 mg/L以上降至20~60 mg/L,满足工艺指标要求,且对设备工艺无任何不良影响,现场使用方便环保。
In view of the problems of complex composition of desulfurization wastewater, poor treatment effect, corrosion equipment of inorganic flocculant with high chlorine content and blockage of filters by high content organic flocculant in the current FCC flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process, an efficient composite flocculant without chlorine ion was developed. The results showed that under the conditions of the pH value is 6.5~8.0, the concentration of suspended solids in wastewater is 1000~5000 mg/L and the water temperature is 45~60 ℃, the suspended solids in the effluent of clarifier is less than 60 mg/L after adding the flocculant 300~500 mg/L, the removal rate of suspended solids is over 98%, and the flocculation effect is obviously better than that of PAM. The industrial application results showed that the suspended matter content of wastewater treated by the flocculant was reduced from 3000 mg/L to 20~60 mg/L, which met the requirements of process indexes, no adverse effect on the equipment and process, and it was convenient for field use and environmental protection.
